This spring semester I was received a fellowship to create an educational document for my department regarding field work. I worked with different lab groups to tailor the document for the department’s needs. I also worked with other graduate student fellows from different departments working on projects to improve inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) at our university.
